Live the Life you Love

While trolling the interwebs looking for wardrobe inspiration, I found the Fall/Winter 2010-2011 video look book for Barila {not to be confused with Barilla ... which I also love}. I'm kind of having heart palpitations over the leather leggings, zipper details and all the sparkle. It's the perfect blend of edgy and effortless! Plus, could you love the people in the video any more? It reminds me of just about every dinner with friends I've ever had-- smiles, hugging, lots of laughter and red wine... eventually someone spills or drops something *raises hand* but a marvelous time is had by all.

Renaissance

Autumn has always been my favorite time of year! The brilliant colors. The chill in the air. The crunch of leaves under my boot clad feet. Pumpkin Spice Starbucks lattes and snuggly cashmere sweaters..*sigh* what's not to love? But most of all, I'm in love with the way I feel in the fall. I'm always overtaken by this notion that anything and everything is possible! Seems like the perfect time to start my first blog, devoted to all the things that make me swoon.
